Autofold 516 Standard Coil-Line
The smallest Autofold only takes up a 8ft x 7ft footprint in floor space, adding a single coil holder makes the complete floor space taken up only 12ft x 7ft, each additional coil holder (up to 6 in total) adds 3 feet in length. Due to the its' size the machine fits perfectly into companies that thought buying a coil line meant buying a new factory.
Setup time on this user friendly compact system is down to a one day installation and one day training. With the average duct being produced in approximately 40 seconds the machine boasts a low payback time coupled with scrap savings of up to 25%.
This Autofold has also been Adapted for use on-site, to cut down on large projects where duct transport over long distance is an issue. The machine fits easily in a 20 ft container with room to spare and has also been found to air freight very well.
