Autoshear

Autoshear machines can be manufactured to customer requirements from a simple cut to length line to a more sophisticated computer controlled system, incorporating notching, slitting and hole punching.

The Autoshear with optional notching can produce flat duct to size, notched and sheared ready to be passed through any roll on flange machine.

The Autoshear is fully hydraulic and can be supplied with our standard control or a purpose built "Z1" microprocessor controller.

Material handling capacity is from 30g min to 16g max.

Autoshear Custom Machines

The Autoshear can be manufactured into many configurations, these we class as custom machines that may only be designed and manufactured once. Our custom Autoshears range from lines for nuclear industries with specialised notching, to 8 feet wide Autoshears for the trailer manufacturing, refrigeration and petrochemical industries.
