Beading 518 Freestanding Beading Machine

The machine is used to bead fittings recently produced by a Plasma Cutter, allowing the bead pattern to appear in the same direction as the straight duct produced by the Autofold Coil Line. This gives a cosmetic appearance to the ductwork when installed and yet still allows the Plasma Cutter to nest fittings as efficiently as possible, thereby saving on scrap material.

The machine will bead at 12" Centres upto a maximum of 5' wide and a maximum of 18G thick steel.
