TF 1600 ULTRA Spiral Tubeformer

This machine was specially designed for the fully automated production of seamed spiral tubes. The tubes match with the standards of DIN, SMACNA, AFNOR, BS or EUROVENT, regarding accuracy and admissible pressure.
This model is attractive in its high performance which leads to a high productivity as it is necessary for big-sized production capacities.

Base Machine Includes:

  • Integrated, vertical single type decoiler (including brake system) – safety note: area needs to be protected so that unauthorized persons cannot enter (see optional equipment)
  • Motorized angle adjustment of forming cassette
  • 3 units of clinching rollers: 0,4 – 1,0 mm
  • 3 units of forming rolls:  0,4 – 0,6 x 137 mm  /  0,7 – 1,0 x 137 mm  /  1,1 – 1,25 x 140 mm
  • Lubrication unit – oil and water mixture (others on request)
  • Cut-off unit – 3 sets of slitting wheels (cut free of burrs)
  • Run-off table, adjustable for all dimensions, with automatic discharge mechanism, including receiving ramp for cutting tubes up to 4.000 mm.
  • Corrugating units
